Ok I'm the slowest when it comes to technology. I have a Palm Treo Pro that a friend got me for my bday around May. I was texting and then it froze and the 'error reporting screen" appeared on the phone; since then everytime I want to text or write anywhere in the phone (example: texts, urls, miscrosoft notes, contacts names, calendar) anywhere I want to write I cant combine letter and numbers with simbols or the spacebar, because if I do it freezes and gives me the error reporting screen like crazy.

I have not reseted my phone I have no idea how to do it. But another thing that is my concern is that its an unlocked phone, Its from sprint but Im using it with metroPCS.. So Im scared that if I do reset it then I'm gona lose the 'unlockness' of it and I have no idea how to flash it to metro again, unless of course I pay.

I was wondering if I do a hard reset or master reset would I lose the metroPCS settings? and have to re do it again? or it would stay the same and I will just be able to use it again, but with the software working? OR ANYTHING ELSE PLEASE i just want it to work.. im really not happy..
