I have unifed communications from my work and I simply download and click the attachment from email and it plays on the media player. Works great stock right out of the box.

I am sorry, poor chioce of words on my part. Unified Communication are a marekting buzz words for converting Voicemails to .wav files and placing them in your email inbox. The media player in Windows Mobile will play most audio files. My voicemails hit my inbox as a .wav file. We use Cisco's Unified Communications at my work.

    Hope this helps.
