Need to increase ringtone volume

I need to increase my ringtone/ringer volume.
I have my side button up all the way, however my custom ringtones are very hard to hear. If I am not in the same room as my phone, I cannot hear it at all when I receive a call. I have to be practically right next to it! :angry:
I have searched the forum for answers, but they all apply to earlier versions of the Treo...not the Treo Pro.
FYI, I have Windows Mobile 6 OS.
Any assistance would be great! :smile:

if you have the pro its is wm6.1 and the problem I would suggest kindly is in the recording of your ringtone. I have the volume down on pro about 2 ticks from the bottom and the volume is very loud.

Would you happen to have a suggestion for a good ringtone maker for Treo Pro w/wm6.1?

start by looking in the everything treo shop or google for freeware pocketpc

Suggest you try a program call Goldwave. This will allow you to increase the volume of any ringtone you have resave it to the tro and then use it.
