Palm Treo Pro Menu Problems

I have an executive that is not able to get Good mobile messaging links on this phone. We have installed the correct version of good and have manually added the links but they only send us to the menu.
Also he does not recieve any warnings that he has an e-mail waiting for him, he has to constantly check this phone to see if there is a message. :angry:
Is there any way to have the Good Icons on the front screen and get alerts for messages?

Is the mobile gfood program loaded on the phone or storage card. If so it should be in the program list that you can go to and select from to have it on the today screen Yiou can have a max of seven. Check in programs and the settings screen or menu and there will be a list of the programs. If there select and see what you get.

Turns out they downloaded the wrong software for that brand of phone, but thanks for the tip.
