picture problems

hi everyone, i am having trouble getting picture off the internet. I am not a computer wiz, but figured i was sick of having a baseline phone, so i went big and got the treo pro. It has been interesting figuring things out on this, but i have gotten stuck and needed to ask for help a few times. I am currently stuck, because my girlfriends phone is sending me an adress for a picture instead of mms? i told her she must have changed something on her phone because she has always sent me them through mms. anywho, when i go to the address it says "save to phone" so i do, but then when i try to look at it in my files it says there is no application for this file. whats going on? theres gotta be a way i can change to these pictures to just an image, as a picture would be if i were to take it from my phone. ill get started with this question, but there are plenty more to come im sure. any input is appreciated, thanks.
