When I click START, and then select PROGRAMS I get a blank screen. Normally, I would see the icons for all of my programs, i.e. Internet Explorer, Office Mobile (Word, Excel, etc), but instead it appears empty.

What can I do to re-install the factory default array of program which should be there? Thanks
