The release date has been dropped back to TBD I hope it comes soon because the longer it slips the more it is going to mesh in with the release of the pre and that could be problematic for the pro sales numbers. They both are very good devices but could undercut each others sales if released at dates near to each other.

I see it as a problem if the Pre offers applications with the same features compatibility wise with the Pro. Bunches of us use spread sheet applications (heavy with Excel myself), Outlook email (not me though) and other such wild things and I need a device that provides the same functionality as WM. Documents To Go does ok, but the WM release has issues that at times frustrate me. I often times have 2 spread sheets open, one in Excel and one in DTG. The DTG is open for information only, the Excel is the one I actively use. In addition, there are those of us cautious about Palm and reliability issues. Love Palm, but too many side issues.
