I would say you're right. The article I saw indicated probably back to original release date of 1/25 not nong of a slip.
Even the big guys make mistakes. Looks like someone at Sprint jumped the gun and put the Treo Pro up earlier today. It appears as if it'll be $249 after rebate. I think the Sprint Treo Pro is the worst kept secret, contrary to the Pre.:tounge:

And now there is a rumored "official" Best Buy memo announcing a delay until February 15.
Many sites are posting this one as of yesterday.

I like your avatar on eb better Steve!
Since the device is manufactured by HTC, I am sure that it will be a better unit than the 800W. From the bunches of reading I have done, what concerns me though is the on-board memory. I have seen 3 different specs and none of them has the reserve of memory a WM6 device needs to run efficiently. Since going with a Touch Pro, I have come to enjoy and depend on the extra memory. It is nice to have FlexMail running along with Pocket Excel and Document To Go Sheet (their spread sheet application) at the same time with no slow up. A couple of times a week I use 2 spread sheets very heavily at the same time and this option keeps me from constantly opening/closing.
Honolulu - 2,500 miles west of somewhere in the middle of nowhere, the land of Shakes. Kyoceria 6135, Treo 300, 600, 650, 700p, 700w, Centro & 800W, Touch Pro plus 3 other WM phones...
Well it's Feb 9th and no Treo Pro yet. I spoke with a guy at best buy and he said they had them in the store, but had to ship them back.
Have no ideal if it's true, have no ideal what that means.
Looks like it may not be coming at all.

Just to throw a little a gas on the fire. I just spoke with an account retention guy at Sprint. He believes that they will have the Palm Pro for sale on Feb 15th
Who knows.
