i just got a new centro and am new to the palm world. i copied an application to my SD card "package installer" now i want to delete it from the SD card. how do i do this? when opening the "files" application, i cannot find where it is saved. can someone please help me out?

I'm currently doing a trial of Central, and I may try out Butler as well, since I've read a lot of good reviews for it. A feature of Central that Butler seems to lack is the ability to automagically turn on the phone after a reset. Then again, I like Butler's feature which allows keyboard shortcuts...
