Adding Handwritten Notes To Documents

Is there a utility that enables the user to add handwritten notes to documents in programs (ie Docs to Go, etc) similar to Tablet PC capabilities? I've searched high and low and found nothing....:angry:

Good luck!! Post it if you find it. I've watched for something like this for years and never found it. All I need is an area to add a signature. Maybe someone will come up with an add on.
