Software that will end any calls after 6 minutes

Is there any software for the Treo 650 that will record how long my outgoing calls for a day is and if it exceeds 6 minutes, it will automatically end my calls. Then, I can turn it off and make calls again.

My plan offer free calls after usage of $1 per day. So, if I ever call more than 6 minutes of accumulated or not calls, I will get free calls onward. I need a software that will end my calls after 6 minutes. It also has the ability to be turned off either auto or manual after 6 minutes of calls.
