Treo ROM Transfer?

I've been tinkering with some palm programming.
(The palmone programming suite is free from palmone btw...)

Anyways, I can not for the ~life~ of me get my ROM downloaded from my Treo to the computer to use it in the emulator.

The palmone download has an emulator, and a PRC file you install on the Treo to do the transfer, but it fails/soft resets the Treo at like 60%.
This is when I was using 1.15 and now w/the 1.17 as well.

Any ideas?

Anyone know of another way to get an image of your ROM for an emulator to do programming stuff?
