I have an Alltel Palm Treo Pro- or I should say had.
Since I'm now on the Verizon network, and Verizon doesn't carry this same phone, I'm wondering if I submit a claim to Asurion to replace my missing phone, will I get the same phone, or will they be giving me a different phone that Verizon offers? And if that's what they do, I'm wondering which phone I would have to take as a replacement?
