Help with Treo 650

I have Treo 650 (Verizon). The screw under the stylus and the one that holds the antenna have fallen out. Verizon tells me its due to being on vibrate. They have been less than helpful - told me to buy a glasses repair kit, that they don't have screws to make repairs. I did - the screws were too small. I went back to the Verizon 'Service Center' and they basically told me I was out of luck. Told me to call the Data Team and they would replace my phone!! I don't want a new phone - I need 2 screws! I cannot believe they would replace a $500 phone for 2 screws. Can anyone out there help me, either where to find the screws or anything else that might help???? Thanks in advance!
