Default Rebate offer still good?

I recently signed up for a 2 year contract with Verizon for a data-only plan. At the time of the purchase I was given a rebate card to complete and mail in for a $100.00 rebate for a Treo 700p. The sales rep. told me to hold off on sending in the rebate form until the 15 day trial period was up so I’d know if I wanted to keep the Treo. Well, the 15 days are up tomorrow and I decided that I will keep the Treo but when I went to complete the rebate form, I noticed that it expired on 10/21. So what are the chances that I can still get the rebate? If not then the Treo will be returned today.

Thanks
