    Default SMS vs DATA Pricing...

I’ve been searching all night with no luck in locating the thread that was up last week about Verizon’s dropping charges for SMS if you have a Data Plan.

Anyhow… can someone help me out with a link to this thread? I want to call and add Data to my plan this week.

afaik Verizon treats messaging and data as separate charges.

Messaging plans include text, photo, and video messaging ("pix/flix") and cost $0, $5, $10, $15, or $20 depending on your allotment. The free plan costs 10¢ per text message and 25¢ per pic/video message.

Data plans include internet connectivity (by kb) and e-mail, and cost $25 for up to 10 MB or $50 for unlimited MB.

I'm unaware of A being bundled with B at any level, unless there was a (now expired) promotion.
