Software CD in Treo Box

Has anyone downloaded any of these programs to their Treo?

They have a voicedialing program, a program to have Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, a couple of games, and real player.

Any catch to downloading these?

No catches! They are bundled with your treo. The Voice Dial app is a trial only (14 days I think). You want to install the Docs2go apps. They'll allow you to read word and excel attachements.

It's all free! Except the voice dial app is a trial only. You have to buy it if you want to keep it past the trial period.

The software in the box from Verizon is for Documents Togo 7. I expect it will be the same for some time. DTG 8 is out now and it will cost $24.95 to upgrade. DTG 8 adds the ability to read puff’s from DTG. I’m not sure if there are any stability improvements since I have not yet spent the money for the upgrade. Even if you stay at DTG 7 it is a must have application.
