Verizon 700p Update

Here is the link for the Verizon 700p Update. It is supposed to fix some bluethooth connectivity issues, along with other updates. I tried using the PC method and put my phone into an endless loop. Palm CS talked me through the SD/Card method, and it worked great. Using the SD method only took approximately 15 min. as compared to 35 min with PC method.

My phone is back up and running on the new update. I would also suggest Backup Buddy. It worked great. Palm CS was very helpful, and very patient with me.
