Those waiting for the Palm Pre have had their own version of April Fool’s the past few weeks with rumor after rumor surfacing regarding the release date for the Palm Pre. We promise not to publish bogus release date rumors today and urge our readers to proceed with caution through the world wild web today. We do bring a legitimate piece of good news, as Palm (via Palm’s blog) has promised an update from the Web 2.0 Conference in San Francisco. The company also confirmed the news will find it’s way to Twitter, so we’d encourage our readers to follow palm_inc and of everythingpre on Twitter.
