Time is winding down on the countdown to the Palm Pre release date and its time to establish contest deadlines for "Say Goodbye To Your Old Cellphone" and our "Why Me? Palm Pre Video Contest". All photo entries must be received by midnight on Friday, May 15th, 2009. Video entries must be received by midnight on Saturday, May 23rd, 2009. It’s your last chance, so size up the competition and send us your best submission. You can view current "Say Goodbye To Your Old Cellphone" photo entries in Pre Social. Video submissions can be found in our Pre videos section. When it’s all said and done, we’ll select four winners who will receive gift cards valued at the price of the Palm Pre.*
Just because these contests are winding down, it doesn’t mean we’re done. You can still take part in "Tweet Pre", "Palm Pre Release Date Bingo" and our "Forum Giveaway. In our"Forum Giveaway", members (not a member, join now) must make at least 10 quality posts in our Palm Pre forums between now and the official release date. Posts must meet our quality guidelines.** We’ll conduct a random drawing based on entries prior to the official release date.
* Winners will receive a BestBuy, AMEX or VISA Gift Card valued at the lowest price of the Palm Pre with a 2-year contract after instant rebates and mail-in rebates with a 2-year contract. Gift cards will be processed once Palm and/or Sprint announces the price of the Palm Pre for new customers who agree to a 2-year agreement.
