Palm is offering a $150 for your Treo 650 when you trade-up to a 700p.

In order to be eligible for the offer, you must purchase your Palm Treo 700p from Palm.com. Once you receive your Treo 700p, you have to send Palm your old Treo 650 along with the Palm invoice showing the purchase of a Treo 700p. The promotion ends on June 28th and is valid for both Sprint and Verizon Wireless
