TiVo has released an update to their desktop software that allows you to convert your TiVo programming into a file compatible on your Treo.

TiVo on Treo

The desktop update (version 2.3) allows users to convert shows on their TiVo directly into Treo, iPod or PSP formats without the need for a third-party program. The update also features "TiVoToGo" which schedules transfers from your TiVo to a PC. In order to view the TiVo programming on your Treo, you will need a player from Kinoma.

The update retails for $25 and more information can be found at TiVo. TiVo To Go is not compatible with DirecTV TiVo models or the Mac platform.
