An unfortunate Palm Pre owner found the top half of his Pre twisted off from the bottom. Yet, despite this horrific state, the Palm Pre was still working. Now, we don’t suggest you try this at home. We’re guessing this Palm Pre is possessed or simply has that never say die attitude.

not surprising… In one move mine launched from my lap as I got out of my car, and I then immediately stepped on it and skidded it across the pavement. I had all my weight on it as I was standing up, and just grinded the crap out of it.
It hardly took a scratch… a bit of plastic polish and it almost looks like new. Never skipped a beat!
I wish the Pre’s screen WOULD twist horizontally….make it a lot easier to see the screen while viewing the web and allow text to be entered….OR…I wish while holding the Pre horizontally that I could push the screen upward allowing the use of a larger keyboard…would be SO much nicer!!!!!!
