Treo 700 in FCC Approval Process
The Windows Mobile Treo, or Treo 700 as it’s also known, is moving on the fast track for release in Q1 of 2006. Prior to release, it must gain approval from the FCC. Documents on the FCC’s website have been released that verify the testing process has begun. No official word yet on whether it has been approved and we don’t expect an official annoucement. Gaining FCC approval is normal with the release of a product such as the Treo 700.
