One of the more entertaining features in webOS 1.1.0 is the addition of emoticons or similies. While it would be great to have them as part of drop-down menu, it’s still retalively easy to add them to your messages. Thanks to joek in our forums, here’s a list of text shortcuts used to generate emoticons in webOS on the Palm Pre.

sad- :/ confused
- :S dead

- :'( crying
- 8) sunglasses
