How To Enter
Here is how to enter Everything Treo Wiki Contest:
- Visit the Everything Treo Wiki. Although you don’t need to register to make a contribution, registration is required for the purpose of this contest(this way, we know who is making the contributions). Please be sure to use a correct email address, since the winner will be notified by email.
- Make contributions to our Treo wiki by editing existing pages, adding new pages, creating guides and more.
Not sure how to use the wiki, take a quick tour. The person who has submitted the most comprehensive and informative contributions will be chosen as the winner. Winner will be chosen on or around January 5th, 2007.
Official Rules and Regulations
Contestants must be registered on the Wiki site in order to be entered. Judging will be done by Everything Treo. $250 prize must be spent on one order.The prize winner will be selected on or about January 5th, 2006 by the administrators of Everything Treo, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements within one (1) business day of attempted contact, Everything Treo reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winners will have one day to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required by Everything Treo).

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Everything Treo Contest page on the World Wide Web at wiki.everythingtreo.com and submit your entry. Limited to one entry per person, irrespective of the method of entry. Subsequent entries per person will be disqualified. Everything Treo is not responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control. ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The contest is void where prohibited. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries.
