New, very bad behavior noticed only since MR upgrade: occasionally, my phone will have no sound during a call, incoming or outgoing. I can't hear the person on the other end of the call, and they can't hear me. The earpiece and mic seem completely dead. A soft reset corrects the problem...until it crops up again, perhaps once a week or so. This doesn't interfere with the phone's ability to make or receive a call; we just can't speak to each other at all. Can anyone else reporting having anything like this??? Any solution?
yeah I had the same problem I just had to get a replacement. I did a hard reset and everything. Then once my replacement phone came my existing phone started working again. I believe some third part apps are causing the problem to be exact which ones couldn't tell yeah. Sorry.
