Palm today offered up a number of new applications in the Palm App Catalog. Seems to be a regular occurrence and a welcome one. Once paid apps are introduced (possibly next week), we’re thinking that the adding of new apps will happen with such regularity that it won’t even be newsworthy. For now, fire up the App Catalog and you’ll see a number of new applications including one for Survivor Samoa, which airs tonight.
The new apps include:
- Survivor Samoa
- P2GoogleVoice
- Ditto
- DeadMan
- Dot Game
- Chess for webOS
- Reversi
- PicHunt – Space Explorer
- PicHunt – Pets
- PicHunt – Vintage
- P2Snippets
- MediPDA
- Send My Location for webOS
- TipCalc
- Hebrew Calendar Trial Version

very little that is interesting. maybe chess. hope it’s better then the homebrew chess. nothing else that i’d use.
It would be nice if any of the download links worked.
Those high fees at AT & T are looking a bit more enticing. This App Catalog is a joke! Pathetic… Who at Palm is running the app show there anyway? Geez! Thank gawd for Homebrew betas!
Yeah, it took Apple how many years to even have an app store? September 24 the new APP store will be released, and shazam, its gonnna hit the fan (in a good way).
Who downloaded SendMyLocation? anyone else notice that it changes to wide view when tilted sideways? hmmm maybe a sign of good things to come, if a 3rd party can do this, im pretty sure our email and such should be able to 2… SO EXCITING!
nobody cares how long it took apple to do anything. the reality is they have a good store NOW. Palm isn’t competing with apple three or four years ago. The market is Apple now.
@Palmer
we’ll really see the fireworks when iphones leave AT&T and go to other networks. Cause if they were now i don’t think any other players would have a shot.
