Treo 670 Windows Mobile All But Official
A report in DigiTimes is confirming that Palm will outsource the production
of the rumored Treo 670 smartphone to Taiwan based High Tech Computer (HTC). The Treo 670 will be utilize the Microsoft Windows Mobile operating system. Reports have the new Treo 670 shipping during the first quarter of 2006. There haven’t been any reports on the Treo 700 and it’s estimated arrival.
Treo Shipments To Increase
Palm expects to ship 420,00 Treo smartphones in the third quarter,
up from 380,000 in the second quarter and 280,000 in the first quarter.
