In order for any phone to be released in the US, it must pass an FCC test. Documents confirm the Palm Treo 750 smartphone has been approved by the FCC. Photos of the Palm Treo 750 showed up on Palm’s software store last month and a rebate form indicate Cingular will be the first wireless carrier to get the Treo 750.
